What Does this thyroid Ultrasound Test Result Mean?
I just had a Thyroid gland ultrasound: My thyroid gland is slightly enlarged Contour is smooth the right lobe measures 5.5 x 1.9x2.2 cm while the left lobe measures 5.3x1.8x1.9cm Parenchyma demonstrates slight diffuse heterogeneous echo pattern in both lobes No evident focal mass lesions seen The isthmus is normal in appearance and measures 0.44 cm Impression: Mild Thyromegaly with diffuse parenchymal disease correlate with clinical & laboratory findings I was wondering what would be the possible treatments

This sounds like a goiter and you need your thyroid function testes with blood work since you'll probably need thyroid hormone replacement therapy
